About This Plan
Cox Mobile is available for Cox Internet customers. Easy Pay and paperless billing required. If Cox Internet service is not maintained, a monthly charge of $20.00 per line will be applied. Cox Mobile provides customers with the option to change their plan based on their needs using the Cox Mobile app.
Phone Options
Pay Upfront: Purchase a new phone from Cox Mobile and pay in full.
Monthly Payments: You are able to spread your payments without any interest fees and enroll in Easy Pay. Subject to individual credit approval of Citizens Pay Line of Credit at 0% APR and a 24-month term.
Switch to Cox Mobile and purchase a new phone or bring your own unlocked compatible device. Check if your device is compatible here. eSIM is available for compatible devices. Cox Mobile provides customers with the option to keep their own number.
Activation Fee
Cox Mobile requires a one-time $10 activation fee per line paid on the first monthly bill.
International Calling
Customers can choose from the following add-ons to use international calling on any plan:
$10 Canada and Mexico Plan: calling to Canada and Mexico from the US.
$45 World Plan: calling from the US to over 240 countries including Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and all US territories.
Travel Day Pass: starts at $5/day per device for 0.5 GB of cellular data, 60 SMS messages, 60 minutes of calling service in over 150 countries. Price varies depending on the tier of your selected country.

Cox Mobile uses America's largest and most reliable 4G LTE or 5G network. 5G access is available in select areas for compatible devices. Cox automatically connects you to over 4 million Cox WiFi hotspots nationwide when they are available to 4G LTE data.
