Google Fiber Customer Service & Reputation

Google Fiber gets mixed reviews when it comes to customer service. While there are a number of customers who have complained about a negative customer care experience, the internet service provider does have a good reputation in overall technical support and customer service.

In terms of overall reputation, most complaints are coming from those who are waiting for Google Fiber to be available in their city and are unhappy about the slow rollout.

Why Choose Google Fiber?

If you want the fastest upload and download speeds, then you'll want a fiber internet plan, and Google Fiber is one of a small number of providers.

The great thing about fiber internet is that your upload and download speeds are matched. DSL and cable internet plans fail in providing matched speeds, with upload speeds usually much slower than your download speeds.

This isn't a problem with Google Fiber internet plans. You'll be enjoying great internet speeds—faster than most households even need.

Google Fiber doesn't have the broadest range of internet plans available. In fact, the internet provider offers two internet-only plans—a 100Mbps plan and a 1Gbps plan.

And, as the name suggests, both are fiber internet plans. Both plans offer unlimited data and you won't be locked into a contract, which is a great bonus.
