T-Mobile Phased Out the Sprint Brand

T-Mobile and Sprint are now one. New incoming Sprint customers will be referred to T-Mobile plans and products, and Sprint stores are adorned with “Now Part of T-Mobile” signs.

Pay Your Sprint Bill by Phone

Call (800) 784-2608
Follow the prompts select Pay Your Bill
Enter your Sprint number
Follow the prompts to complete your payment

Pay Your Sprint Bill Online

If you haven't already, sign up for a My Sprint online, using your mobile number.

Log into your My Sprint account
From your home page, select Pay Bill
Specify your payment method
Select Continue
Confirm your payment information
Select Authorize

Pay Your Bill on Your My Sprint App

If you haven't already, download the My Sprint app to your iOS or Android device.

Sign into your My Sprint app portal
From your portal home screen, select Bill Pay
Specify your payment method and date
Select continue
Review your payment details
Confirm your payment

If at any time you would like to view your bill on either your online portal or mobile app, simply select View My Bill and you will see a breakdown of your balances. Finally, if you would like to save time and money each month, then simply sign up for Auto Pay with Sprint. To do so, select the Auto Pay option the next time you pay your bill and Sprint will even give you a $5/month discount for signing up!
