T-Mobile unveils AI tool that cuts carrier switching time to 15 minutes

T-Mobile has introduced innovative new measures to quicken the switching process with Switching Made Easy. Specifically, "15 Minutes to Better" is a simpler way for Verizon or AT&T customers to switch. Starting December 1, customers can complete their transition through the T-Life app in about 15 minutes, without even contacting a representative.

The system uses an AI Easy Switch tool that reviews your current plan and immediately recommends the most suitable T-Mobile option based on your current usage and budget. It calculates your potential yearly savings to help users make a more informed decision while switching.

Not only does this new method make switching carriers quick and easy, but you can also do it right on your phone.
