Who is eligible for Visible Payback?
To participate in Visible Payback and get the lower rates, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be new to Visible (switching from another carrier)
- Have a phone that is not compatible with Visible
- Purchase an eligible phone from Visible
How do I sign up for Visible Payback?
To take advantage of Visible Payback, you'll simply start by checking your current phone's compatibility with Visible. If your device does not work with Visible, you'll see an option to join Visible Payback.
From here you can create a Visible account and purchase an eligible Visible Payback device in full.
Do I have to trade in my old phone?
No! Visible Payback is not a trade-in deal. You can keep your phone and do whatever you want with it. You can try selling it or you can even donate it.
Is Visible Payback a finance plan?
Visible Payback is not a finance plan. You must purchase your eligible phone upfront and in full. Visible Payback will apply discounts to your phone plan for 12 or 24 months.
What phones can I buy with Visible Payback?
Select phones are eligible for Visible Payback. Phones seem to be limited to budget-level devices. At the introduction of the program, the TCL 30 LE ($99) and Orbic Joy ($80) were the only devices the carrier was offering through Visible Payback.
You're not likely to find flagship devices like the Samsung Galaxy S phones or iPhones on Visible Payback (check out Visible's latest deals for that). However, if you want a serviceable phone that can connect you to the internet and get you into popular apps while getting a good discount on an already low-cost plan, Visible Payback could be a great option for you.
