Follow these steps to modify your APN settings on an Android device:

Open Settings on your phone and tap Network and Internet or Connections.

Locate and tap Network and Internet in your Android’s settings.

Select Mobile Networks or SIMs.

For Android devices with SIMs as an option, tap and select your SIM two times. Otherwise, continue to the next step.

If your phone shows SIMs, tap your SIM on the next two pages to view your APN settings.

Tap Access Point Names to view your APN settings.

After tapping Access Point Names, you can view or enter Mint Mobile’s APN settings. You'll see values in each field on your phone unlike the template pictured here.

Follow these steps to modify your APN settings on an iPhone:

In your phone’s Settings, tap Cellular or Mobile Service.
Tap Cellular Data, Cellular Data Network or Mobile Data Network.

When should you update your APN settings?

You should update your APN settings if you can’t access the internet on your phone or have recently switched carriers. If you correctly activated your Mint Mobile plan, but can’t access your mobile data, you may need to change your APN settings.
