How to participate in T-Mobile Tuesdays
To access all the benefits of T-Mobile Tuesdays, simply take these steps:
- Download T-Mobile's T-Life app (iOS, Android).
- Sign up using your T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile phone number and your T-Mobile ID
- T-Mobile Internet customers without an active phone plan may be prompted to provide your MSISDIN.
- Check the app on Tuesdays and claim your perks.
How to find your T-Mobile Internet MSISDIN
If you are a T-Mobile Home Internet customer, you can use your MSISDIN to sign up for T-Mobile Tuesdays. This identifier is assigned to your account and will look like a phone number. Here’s how you can find your MSISDIN:
- Sign in to your T-Mobile account.
- Head to Settings.
- Look under Gateway to find the number.
Who is eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays?
The simple answer is: If you have a T-Mobile line, you're eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays. However, nothing is ever that simple, so let's get into the nitty-gritty details here.
You are eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays if you meet these requirements:
- You have a T-Mobile, T-Mobile Home Internet, or Metro by T-Mobile consumer or business plan
- You are over 18 (minors 16 and over may participate with parental consent)
If the government or any government agency pays for your plan, you are not eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays.
What about non-T-Mobile customers?
If you aren't a T-Mobile customer, you cannot take advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesday offers. However, occasionally, T-Mobile will hold sweepstakes through T-Mobile Tuesdays. By federal law, sweepstakes cannot require purchases to participate (and that’s why you always hear “no purchase necessary”). To participate in one of the T-Mobile Tuesday sweepstakes without being a customer, you can enter your phone number on the T-Mobile Tuesdays website.

Switch to T-Mobile for Free Perks
Switch to T-Mobile
If getting rewarded every Tuesday sounds appealing to you, it might be time to switch to T-Mobile. Of course, T-Mobile Tuesdays aren't the only nice thing about joining the carrier. When you switch to the "Un-carrier," you get your choice of T-Mobile plans, such as its Essentials, Experience More, or Experience Beyond options. Experience Beyond is the highest-tiered plan and comes with perks like unlimited premium data, unlimited mobile hotspot (enough for endless hours of online gaming), and free Netflix, Apple TV+, and Hulu. You’ll also connect to the third-largest overall network, and the largest 5G network, in the country.
Switch to Metro by T-Mobile
If you want to save money on your plan, take a look at Metro by T-Mobile plans. This prepaid carrier owned by T-Mobile offers more affordable plans on its parent company's network. You can choose from three unlimited plans with varying allotments of priority data and mobile hotspot. The $60/month plan even includes an Amazon Prime membership. Plus, you get rewarded every week on T-Mobile Tuesdays.
Other T-Mobile network carriers
Would you rather save big on your phone plan than get rewards on T-Mobile Tuesdays? Consider switching to a T-Mobile MVNO. These smaller carriers offer discounted rates on the T-Mobile network—meaning you get the same great coverage without the high price tag. Mint Mobile is one of our favorite carriers of the bunch and offers an unlimited data plan for just $30/month. It includes 40GB of high-speed data and a 10GB mobile hotspot.
Remember that MVNOs can also offer perks. While they may not be weekly like T-Mobile Tuesdays, you can still get some incredible offers for free. For example, US Mobile offers free streaming perks with its Unlimited Premium family plans. Check out some of the other top unlimited plans from MVNOs on T-Mobile's network below:
Other carrier rewards programs
Like T-Mobile, Verizon offers the My Access program, which provides rewards like gift cards, extra data, discounts, local passes, pre-sale tickets, and exclusive event access. It's a first-come, first-served system that lets you claim rewards as they pop up in your My Verizon app. And also like T-Mobile, deals and rewards change weekly.
AT&T does not currently offer a customer loyalty or rewards program. The carrier previously offered its AT&T Thanks Program, but this was discontinued in 2023. Any rewards or benefits from AT&T are now offered through targeted promotions.
