US Mobile Endgame
US Mobile's Dark Star Unlimited Premium plan: Fast facts
  • US Mobile launches Dark Star: "Endgame" Unlimited Premium, a completely unthrottled data plan that also adds unlimited hotspot.
  • This version of Unlimited Premium is exclusive to the AT&T-backed Dark Star network.
  • Unlimited free network switching is also coming to Unlimited Premium on all networks.
  • Priced at $44/month, new customers can pay just $32/month by signing up for a full year.

US Mobile has officially launched its enhanced top-tier unlimited plan—Unlimited Premium: Endgame. Exclusively available with their AT&T-powered Dark Star network, this enhanced plan includes completely unlimited premium (high-speed) data (increased from 100GB before slowdowns) plus additional enhancements from the standard version of the Unlimited Premium plan.

You can access this upgraded plan by signing up for Unlimited Premium with a Dark Star network SIM, which will put you on AT&T's network. However, when needed, you can switch to either of US Mobile's other networks—Warp (Verizon) or Light Speed (T-Mobile)—for free.

What is Dark Star Unlimited Premium?

Dark Star Unlimited Premium is an upgraded version of US Mobile's top-tier unlimited data plan, and it's exclusive to the carrier's Dark Star network

Normally, Unlimited Premium offers:

  • 100GB of premium (high-speed) data before slowdowns
  • 50GB of hotspot data
  • International talk and text, plus 10GB of international roaming data
  • $2 network transfers (price per transfer)

Now, if you sign up for Unlimited Premium on the Dark Star network, you'll get the following upgrades:

  • Completely unlimited premium data
  • Unlimited hotspot data
  • Up to 20GB of roaming data
  • Free multi-network connectivity

The kicker: US Mobile is not (yet) raising its price for Unlimited Premium: Endgame. You'll still pay $44/month or $390 for an annual plan (which breaks down to $32.50/month).

Is Unlimited Premium: Endgame worth your while?

Throughout our experience testing US Mobile, as well as watching their innovations over the last 2-3 years, we've come to think of them as one of the best carriers on the market: Period. The fact that you get extra stuff without paying extra money, on a plan that's already an incredible value, is a definite win in our book.

While AT&T's network isn't the biggest or the fastest, it's incredibly reliable. And because this version of Unlimited Premium will allow for free network transfers, you can pop over to either the Warp or the Light Speed network if you find you're in an area with spotty coverage on Dark Star.

What is US Mobile's Dark Star network?

Dark Star is US Mobile’s name for the AT&T network and was officially launched for all customers on August 1, 2024. The carrier offers different network connection options, including:

While MVNOs typically only have one coverage option, or they use your address to pick a network for you upon sign-up, US Mobile allows customers to choose their preferred network when purchasing a plan. To get the enhancements on Unlimited Premium: Endgame, customers would need to choose a SIM on the Dark Star network.

Dark Star defaults to AT&T's QCI8 service tier, the level AT&T's postpaid plans operate on. In other words, Dark Star gives you high-priority network access (less deprioritization), faster speeds, and lower latency. It's better for data-heavy tasks like HD streaming or mobile gaming. Paired with unlimited data, you should have lightning-fast speeds for all of your internet habits.

What is the Multi-Network add-on?

US Mobile will soon boast a new feature coming February 13: the Multi-Network add-on.

While all Unlimited Premium plans on any network offer the option to switch between networks (either for free or for $2 per switch), you're still only able to access that single network at a time. The new Multi-Network add-on will allow you to access two networks simultaneously. Merging two networks on your plan doubles coverage and guarantees faster speeds wherever you are.

To connect to two networks at the same time, you'll need a device with dual-eSIM capability. Electronic SIMs are easy to download and allow multiple compatible SIMs to be stored in your phone at once. With US Mobile's Multi-Network add-on, you can tap into multiple networks for the best coverage possible.

The Multi-Network add-on feature is free until March 31 and will be priced at $15/month thereafter.
